OUR STORY
Our work spans Bhandup, Vile Parle and Versova — three of Mumbai's most distinctive addresses. Each project is a deliberate response to its setting.
At L.B.S Marg in Bhandup, we are building a 32-storey residential tower with podium-level amenities and ten dedicated levels of parking — a vertical neighbourhood in its own right. At IRLA Junction in Vile Parle (W), our mixed-use development pairs a curated commercial podium with twenty-four floors of refined residences. On Yari Road in Versova, an eighteen-storey tower brings the calm of the coast to the city's creative quarter.
